The plan of action to achieve year 2008 include:

a comprehensive campaign to rehabilitate production lines operating, including the realization of this plan includes the production target for the following year

operation of machines (STB) imported from Russia and the former's
(100) machine to exploit these machines for the production of canvas tents and Humayun 0

buy a number of machines and equipment that would increase production and improve quality and put up new products

the introduction of other primary raw materials for the production of cotton mixture and different proportions .

reduce waste and reduce damage ratios so as to achieve optimal investment in raw materials .

raising the efficiency of the administration associate training courses inside and outside Iraq .

to improve working conditions and the application of industrial safety requirements accurately
